- For all original files: start the property's ZIP export.Any member with read access
- Wait for the e-mail: the export runs in the background; the link arrives when the ZIP is ready.Link expires after 7 days
- Download the ZIP: documents, photos and a machine-readable data summary, without account or payment data.Suitable for passing on
The result: A complete, shareable copy of the file, readable independently of ImmoDok.

What if it does not work?
- The export cannot be started again.
- One export per property every six hours. The latest link stays valid until it expires.
- The link has expired.
- Simply start the export again; the files themselves are unchanged in the file.
