Step by step
- The pass unlocks creating and editing tenancies, move-in and move-out protocols, operating cost statements and rent payments.Reading always remains possible

- Buy the pass under Settings → Landlord pass, with the number of running tenancies you need.More units can be added
- The pass runs twelve months and does not renew itself; a follow-on pass starts when the current one ends.No subscription
The result: Twelve months of letting tools in the same folder that holds your documents, jobs and handover.
Important: The page shows the current price before you buy. With the pass the account's storage grows from 2 GB to 10 GB, and more than two folders are possible.

What if it does not work?
- After expiry no new tenancy can be added.
- Intended: everything stays readable; new tenancies, protocols and statements need a new pass.
- Another tenancy is refused.
- All units of the pass are in use. Add more units; the price depends on the remaining term.
