- Open the unit's Mappe and click “Open defect list” in the new-build notice.Only for units of a construction project
- Enter the acceptance date under “Acceptance”.Not in the future
- Click “Record defect”: defect, location, recorded at acceptance or warranty, reported on, deadline and a description. The other side is notified
- Keep the status current: “Open”, “In progress”, “Disputed” or “Resolved” with a date. The top counts Open, Past due date and Resolved
The result: One shared defect list per unit with status and deadlines; the deadlines also appear under “Dates & deadlines”.
Important: ImmoDok records data and status. Whether something is a defect and which deadlines apply in the individual case, ImmoDok does not assess. The limitation period shown under § 634a BGB is counted from the acceptance date and does not replace legal advice.
