Reading the activity log
Who did what and when: uploads, sharing, deliveries, sign-ins, filterable, exportable and the basis of all traceability.

Step by step
- Open the activity log, it collects the events of all your properties.Also visible per property in its file
- Filter by area and property: documents, sharing, handover, sign-ins.Security events carry the IP address
- Export the history as CSV when an analysis outside is due.Opens directly in spreadsheets
The result: A chronological, non-editable event list, the answer to "who changed this?" lives there, not in memory.
Important: The log is retained for 24 months. Entries cannot be edited or deleted, not by you either.

What if it does not work?
- An expected event is missing.
- Actions inside ImmoDok are logged. What happens outside, a forwarded e-mail, say, no log can capture.
