Step by step

  1. Record every finding: area, description and status.Up to 30 findings
  2. Assign responsibility and a due date where something needs doing.Who does what by when
  3. Take photos directly in the handover (up to 40 photos, both sides), or pick existing property photos from the folder; photos make the finding dependable.Both sides can contribute photos
  4. Record tasks for after the appointment as follow-ups, they stay editable outside the frozen protocol.E.g. "deliver spare key"

The result: An honest picture of the condition on the effective date, and a task list that lives on after the appointment without touching the protocol.

What if it does not work?

A defect surfaces only after freezing.
Add it and freeze a new protocol version, or record it as a follow-up task if both sides carry it that way.
