Contractor link and hazardous substances information

One standing link per property through which every firm sends the invoice, the contractor declaration and protocols. Plus the information on hazardous substances you have to give the firm before work starts (§ 5a GefStoffV).

Step by step

  1. Open “Contractor link” on the left of the folder and create the link. Copy it into the order e-mail or print the card with the QR code. The card shows only the short label unless you choose otherwise
  2. The firm opens the link, enters its company name, chooses what it sends and uploads the files. It needs no account and sees nothing of your folder.Every file is checked for malware first
  3. You are notified. Under “Waiting for review” you look at the file and file it: type, optionally the job and the firm from your address book. Or you discard it.E-invoices show amount and invoice number beforehand
  4. Before work starts, fill in “Hazardous substances”, from the job's menu or on the same page: year of construction, construction before 31 Oct 1993, and per substance group known, suspected or not known. The duty applies to private households too
  5. The information is filed as a PDF in the folder. Show it on the links and the firm confirms receipt with one click; or send the PDF by e-mail.The confirmation is kept with company name and time

The result: Invoices, contractor declarations and protocols reach the property file by themselves, and you can show that you informed the firm before work started. ImmoDok only repeats your statements and checks nothing.

What if it does not work?

The card is in the wrong place or the link was passed on.
Create a new link. The old one and all printed cards no longer open anything.
A file disappeared although I never filed it.
What is not filed within 90 days is deleted. The firm kept its own invoice and can send it again.
I cannot find “Contractor link”.
It exists only for people who may edit the folder, and only while the server checks files for malware.
