Reading the sales overview

One row per Mappe: how far readiness, buyer access, disclosures, handover and evidence have got, and one click to where the work continues.

Step by step

  1. Open “Sale & handover” in the navigation. You see every active Mappe in which you are holder or editor.Archived Mappen do not appear
  2. Read the columns from left to right: “Readiness”, “Buyer access”, “Disclosures”, “Handover” and “Evidence”.A tick means that step is done
  3. “Next” names the open step of the Mappe. “Open sale” takes you to the Sale section of that Mappe, where the work continues.The overview itself changes nothing
  4. With many Mappen, narrow the list with the search field and the status.Units of a construction project are grouped under the project
  5. “Handovers you take part in” lists other holders' Mappen where you are the receiving or handing-over side.For example as buyer

The result: You see at a glance which Mappe stands where and what comes next, without opening each one.

Important: The overview shows the state in ImmoDok. Purchase contract, price, payment and transfer of ownership run through notary, bank and land registry and do not appear here.

Sale & handover

What if it does not work?

A Mappe is missing from the overview.
Only active Mappen in which you are holder or editor are listed. With read-only access or an archived Mappe it does not appear.
I have only one Mappe and land straight in its sale.
With a single Mappe, older links lead straight to its Sale section. You can always open the overview via “Sale & handover” in the navigation.
