- Wait for the e-mail; the export runs in the background.The link expires after 7 days

The result: A complete copy of your data in open formats, for your own backup or for moving on.

What if it does not work?
- The download link no longer works.
- Links lapse after seven days. Request the export again; your data is unaffected.
