- Create the firm under "Contractors": company, trade, contact person and contact details.Once per account, usable on all properties
- Link the firm to the properties it works on and to the individual jobs.Via the file or the job itself
- Attach invoice, quote and acceptance protocol to the job, not loosely to the property. The receipt stays tied to the work
- Check the firm's page: all its jobs and properties at a glance, with direct contact channels.Call and e-mail straight from the row
The result: Whenever a question about the installation comes up, it is clear who built it and how to reach the firm, years later too.

What if it does not work?
- A firm exists twice.
- Invite the firm to claim its company profile: once it does, entries with the same confirmed e-mail address are merged, and your contact person and notes stay with each entry. Two entries with different addresses stay apart until the firm confirms the second address. Without a claim: move the links onto one entry and delete the empty one.
- I can no longer change a firm's contact details.
- The firm has claimed its company profile and now maintains its name, trades and contact details itself (chip "Maintained by the firm"). Your contact person and your notes stay yours.
