Property pass for tradespeople

A view-only link for one trade: appliances with make, type and year, type-plate photos, the last inspection report and the matching papers. The firm needs no account.

Step by step

  1. In the property file, open “Property pass for tradespeople” on the left and choose “Create property pass”.Whoever may edit the property file
  2. Choose the trade. ImmoDok ticks matching appliances and the newest report of each kind; change the selection as needed.Tenant papers are never preselected
  3. Tick photos such as the type plate and the boiler room, and choose how long the link is valid.3, 7, 14 or 30 days
  4. Copy the link and send it to the firm yourself. “Access log” shows when it was opened.ImmoDok sends nothing

The result: The firm knows the system and the papers before the visit and cannot change anything.

What if it does not work?

The link opens nothing any more.
It ends on its date or with “End link”. It also ends if the person who created it left the property file. Create a new one.
