- Open "Documents" and type one or more words at the top, for example "Wartung Heizung".Word beginnings are enough: "Heiz" also finds "Heizungsanlage"
- Below the title the list shows the passage where the words appear, highlighted. Also for documents with meaningless file names such as "Scan_0012"
- From anywhere, use the search in the header (⌘K or Ctrl+K).Documents, properties and pages appear together there
The result: You find papers by their content, not only by title and document type.

What if it does not work?
- A document I just uploaded is not found.
- The text is read shortly after the upload, for scans by text recognition. That usually takes a few seconds, longer for long scans.
- A photo or a handwritten note is not found.
- Printed text is read. Text recognition often misses handwriting and very blurred images; give such a document a telling title.
- Do I find other people's documents?
- No. The search covers only folders you may see, and not the archive of former folders.
