- Open the folder's "Overview". Next to the hints from official maps you find "Bodenrichtwert".The address must have been found so that the location is known
- Click "Bodenrichtwert abrufen". ImmoDok asks the state's service with the property's location, without names. In ten states directly, in the others via a link
- You see the value per square metre, the reference date, the use, the development state and the source. After a year the card offers a refresh. If the point lies in several zones, the others are listed below
The result: The standard land value is in the folder with its source and retrieval date.
Important: The standard land value is an average for a zone with similar use (§ 196 BauGB), not a valuation of your plot and not a market value.

What if it does not work?
- I get a link instead of a value.
- Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland and Schleswig-Holstein do not allow display in other applications; Saxony and Bremen offer no suitable open service. The link opens the state's official portal.
- It says there is no value for this point.
- Valuation committees often publish no value for roads, parks or railway land. Check that the folder's address was found correctly.
